Adobe FormsCentral Conversion: Imported form includes several blank fields in form.

    I have been migrating FormsCentral forms to your service.  Everyone I convert has blank fields that appear in conditions and reporting.  How do I remove these data elements?  The attached screen shot shows what I'm talking about in report builder.  Thanks.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Let me report this issue to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as this issue is fixed. For now, I would suggest you to manually delete these fields from your form. Please check the screenshot below on how to delete these fields:

    I have gone ahead and deleted these blank fields from your form "Vehicular Accident/Incident Investigation Report Form".
