My signature field is not showing up when I get the form returned.
I emailed support a few days ago and tried their response, but I still can't see the signature.
Can you further help?

I cloned your form and test it, the signature is showing on my submissions. So I go to your direct form, submit a test, and it was successful. Now I can see that the signature was uploaded successfully. You can check it on your submissions page.
Please try to complete and submit a test using your direct form. Check the submissions to see if the signature will appear.
I would like to clarify, is this form embedded on a web page? It is possible that there is a conflict with the scripts.
Please try to re-embed the form using the iFrame method. This will avoid conflicts with other scripts.
Hope this works. Thanks!

Here's a screenshot of the test submission that I did.

I did a test and it is still not showing for me. When I sent the form, I embedded it in an email.
Do you think that is the problem?

I understand that the form is embedded on email and being submitted through email interface itself. This could be the reason since there'll be conflicts between JotForm scripts and email scripts. Could you try submitting the form using the direct link (http://www.jotform.us/form/50394713797163) and check if that is working for you?
Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
