Next button of my embedded form is not working.

Hello. I have just paid for a full year of Jotform and it is already the second customer in two days telling me they cannot complete the form. When they click NEXT nothing happens. I have tried myself and indeed othing happens....

GOOGLE CHROME > nothing happens

OPERA > nothing happens and then the whole browser closes down.

Please advise, I need these to work and soon.

EDIT: it would randomly work. I have tried to refresh the page about 5 times and it finally worked. Not really user-friendly if you ask me

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

I did check you web page where you have embedded your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. There seems to be some conflict between your form script and other scripts available in your web page. When I tested your form with its direct URL, it seems to work as expected.

I would suggest you to embed your form using its iFrame embed code and that should solve your problem. Embedding form with its iFrame embed code will resolve the conflict issue. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
