The embed forms are not shown in the web site.

Do you guys think there is something I have to do with the code?

Could you try embedding the JotForm using iframe method to your website? You can get the iframe code of your JotForm by following the instructions provided in the guide below : 

http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
