How do I create a fillable form and submit to specific users?

I recently switched from Adobe Forms Central.  In reading the blogs in support, it looks like you can't create a pdf fillable form on jotform. If not, how do you distribute the form and receive submissions electronically?

    Hi,

Our forms are hosted via web in our secured cloud servers, the data are also in the secured servers with strong encryption to make sure that no information can be leaked. Our forms can be distributed in many ways, if you check in the form builder, click the "Embed Form", you'll see a couple of ways on how to share them. See screenshot below.

Mainly the forms are accessed by their direct link or the form's URL. Here's a sample of my form that you can fill out: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50324083606953. You can share it via email, chat, forum post, etc... As long as users can access it via web they can fill it out.

If you fill that out you can get an email notification and you can also manage the submissions or responses using the "Submissions" page. Here's a guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions. Screenshot below is also a quick guide.

I hope this helps. I would also recommend that you explore our form builder and use our available resources as a reference on how to make your forms more productive.
