I want to downgrade/stop my subsciption but it does not work.

    I've tried many time to downgrade my premium subscription to a starter subscription, but it doesn't work.
    I Click on downgrade to the starter plan, Cancel subscription and got this alert : "Your subscription has been cancelled successfully."

    But it's wrong, because I still with a premium account, not a starter one.

    Can you please fix this and stop/downgrade my account ?

    EDIT :  OK, I've seen the scheduled date downgrade.

    It's great to know that you've figured it out. Your account is scheduled to downgrade on March 15, 2015.
