I am not receiving my forms and wondered if its a billing issue? How do I access my account info?

I just checked your account/username tencera
and it is Active and in good standing.
Please tell us also which of your form is not sending the email and we will check also.
You can also check in your account the sent email history logs (user guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History)
