Can I attach the submission pdf to the email that gets submitted

So once I fill out the form.  I see what i filled out in the Submission part of the website. where i can download a pdf, excel, or csv.

Is there a way to attach that to the email that get submitted to us once the user fills out the form?

It is possible to send a link with PDF copy submission to be downloaded.  There is an option to add it while editing your notification:
