Why is my account "over quota"?

    Hi there,

So far, JotForm worked great. But while testing my setup, it ceased to work because I "reached the limits of my account". The first few submissions were from a secure form link, but I stopped that soon. Still, I can't use the form now to continue working on it.

    Can you help me?

    Thanks, Markus

I've checked your account and you reached your 10 SSL submissions limit and this is why your account was scheduled to be suspended. I've reset your counter to zero so you should be able to continue working with your form, however, you should be aware that we're allowed to do this only one time per account.

Please make sure that you're not using SSL submissions in your form to prevent this from happening again. If you have embedded your form in a web page check that the URL that you're using is the non-secure (the one that starts with http://).

Please let us know if you need further assistance.
    Thank you.

Thanks a lot raul! I had switched to non-SSL submission far before the tenth submission (I thought) and it continued counting. Must have missed that somewhere. Thanks for your help!
