Removing JotForm logo in the email notifications

Would like to know if it is possible for us to customise the email notifications so it suits our Brand rather than jotforms logo and email popping up?

Hi there,

Yes it is possible to customize the email notifications. You can use the email builder itself to suit your needs in terms of branding therefore it is possible to delete that JotForm logo. Here's how to do it.

Click the "Emails" button on the toolbar then select the notification.

The email builder will pops up. Here you can just highlight the JotForm logo and then press backspace or delete.

You can further customize your email notifications by using the email builder. You can change the email subject, add text/image, customize the fonts and colors and you can use the answer provided by the user using the form field names.
