Can I make changes and correct errors on a completed form?

Yes, you can do that by editing submissions.

To do this, you should go to Submissions Panel and find the submission you would like to edit.

Once you find it and have it opened, click on the Edit button in the right top corner, which will show the jotform with the data already added to it.

Once you make the changes to the submission, you should click on Submit button as if you are submitting the jotform and that will save the changes.

Please note that the emails will be sent to you (depending on your settings), but would not be to the person that filled out the jotform (unless you have specifically set it to happen like that).
