Please can you look into why my forms arent going to the particular email address email@example.com

Upon checking the email firstname.lastname@example.org and the settings of your form, everything seems to be setup properly. Our mail log shows no errors or failed email attempts.
Your email service provider might be blocking our JotMail IP addresses or the domain names or our server. You need to contact them and whitelist our IP addresses and domain names. You can check this guide on how to do that: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
