How to let users to save progress on form and continue at a later time?Asked by Jasoncrawford on February 24, 2015 at 07:54 PM
We are looking into subscribing to your service, but what we need is to have the opportunity for a user to start filling out a form and then stop and come back to it a few days later. Is that possible? If so, how?
Yes, that is possible, we have 2 methods that you can use:
Using the Auto Fill Feature:
Using the Sessions which will depend on the email of your user:
You just need to choose one of them. The difference is that, if you are using the Auto Fill Feature and your users are using the same computer, IP or in the local network, this might cause some problem. I would recommend the 2nd one personally.
I hope this helps.
Be careful with the Auto Fill. It will not save data if you use some of the widgets.
Hi, thank you for sharing your experience on this. We advise that you open a new thread with your concern and more details of it, that would help us to better assist you and look into the problem.
