Form Designer not saving changes made

    Hi

    I've tried to edit our Leavers Mug form in your designer but whenever I click 'Save' the cog just spins and spins and doesn't save.  Have tried on IE and Chrome on 3 machines with no success.

    Hi there,

    Using Google Chrome, I cloned your form and I was able to save the changes I made in Form Designer. After clicking "Save" button, it will spin then will show the "Preview Form" button.

    Please try these steps.

    1. Log out from JotForm.

    2. Please clear your browser cache. 

    3. Re-open the browser.

    4. Log back in to JotForm.

    5. Edit the form again in Form Designer.

     

    Also, I will now clear your form cache. Hope this works. Let us know if the issue is still the same.
