Easy display of all images uploaded in my form

Asked by kappabioscience on February 25, 2015 at 06:50 AM

We are looking to upload images of customer business cards in our form submission.

The image upload or image widget works for this, no problems.

The issue I have is that in both the email notification, and reports, the image only comes through as a URL link, and we would need to download each image/business card file individually.

Is there another format for reports that would have the actual image displayed and attached, so we don't have to download each image?

    Thank you!

To do this in email notification you should add IMG: control right in front of the field name.

For example, if the upload field is named as upload1 then in your email its tag is {upload1}. Now adding

{IMG:upload1} will show you image instead of link and:

{IMG:upload1} {upload1} would show you the image and the link right after it.

You can see more info about this in the email itself when you hover over the blue icon next to upload fields.

Now in regards to your other question, I have moved it to a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/522413 where we will answer you shortly.
