You can have sub-user account created that would see your jotforms, and they could have their own jotforms that you could not - this is usually how the sharing goes, but from what I understand, you are actually looking to have them use your account, but just separating the forms that are used by different divisions.
If that is correct then you could set up your account with folders that would allow you to easily group and find jotforms specific to a division or department and all of you could use the account.
