Embedded jotform not showing up (wordpress)

I have embedded a form into my site, but all that shows up is the header.

So I used the 'iframe' code instead, and while it worked on my traditional site, on mobile versions it had issues (a client said she couldn't scroll to the bottom on her phone, and on her tablet the submit button didn't show up).

Does this mean that the iframe versions are non responsive? If so, I'd like to have a solution that works - a lot of people are accessing my site through mobile means.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Please use the iFrame embed method and follow our instructions from this guide to make your form a mobile responsive: https://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-make-forms-Mobile-Responsive.

In the iFrame codes, you can adjust the height value. Try changing the value to solve the problem when the form is access in iPad. Example:

Thank you and I hope that helps!
