Checkbox not showing

I added the "terms & conditions" widget to my form but the check box is not showing.  How can I make it visible?

I replicated your form and tested and I see "terms & conditions" widget. Check box is not checked by default and that is normal. I am not sure what you think under 'checkbox is not showing'. It is showing but colour is brighter then usual.

You can make workaround for you problem like it is proposed on thread above. Workaround is considering making checkbox manually and not through widget.
