I tried to downgrade to free subscription 1 or 2 weeks ago but still got charged today. Any explanation?

The payment was made through Paypal Direct. When you click "Cancel" in the billing page, it will just send a cancellation request to our billing department and they will have to manually cancel it.
Our apologies if you got charged again today, but I saw that you have just cancelled the subscription to your Paypal account dashboard so I went ahead and requested the refund to our billing department. Expect the refund returned to your account within one to two weeks.
