Error with subscription payments - Start Date should be greater than current date

    Hi,

     

    I have just created a special form for my advertisers to set up automatic payments for my advertising packs.

    However, when they go to pay currently it gives the error as shown in the attachement.

     

    I am located in New Zealand - I did have that timezone set up in my Jotform account and also have it in my paypal account.

    But I changed it in Jotform to the same timezone as PayPal's own timezone thinking that it might help

     

    Unfortunately it did not....

    Any ideas?

    Hi there,

    Do you know when would this error message appears? Is it after hitting the submit button in the form?

    I checked your form and fill it up and I was able to submit, it goes straight to the Paypal page. I understand that you already adjusted the timezone on your JotForm and Paypal account, but it is possible that there is an issue in your browser.

    What browser are you using? Please clear your browser's cache. Disable any unnecessary extensions or add-ons. Please try using another browser.

    I will now clear your forms cache so that they will be refreshed from our servers. Let us know what happen so that we can further investigate the issue.

    it is after hitting submit, it actually take you to PayPal where you can enter your details but then when you hit the button to pay it takes you to the error screen.

     

    We tried it on phones, tablets, different browsers - it still happens

    I did a bit of research and it appears that if the time and date on your server is not correct it could definitely result in something of this nature.

    I would suggest checking your server to ensure that the time and timezone correspond with the settings you have in your PayPal account.

    You might need to get in touch with your host for assistance. Please give that a try and let us know the outcome.
