Why my submission capacity hasn't been renewed yet?

    Dear Jotform Support Team,


    It's already Mar. 1st Eastern time and we really need to spread out a new form. The new form is really time-sensitive and crucial for my team. However, my jotform account hasn't been updated. There's only around 40 submissions left. I am quite disappointed on your working efficiency. I urge you to renew my account as soon as possible, Please!!!!!
