Customer can fill out CC information but there is not Submit button or Buy button. This seems to be an issue with multiple comments on the forums.

I understand that there is no submit or pay button displayed after redirecting to PayPal once the form is submitted. As I tried to submit the form from the webpage, it was redirected to PayPal without any issues and I was able to see the pay button after selecting to pay using Credit card.
Could you check if the issue still persists and let us know after clearing the browser cache by following the steps provided in the guide below :
