How do I have a start and end time as to when the form is available?

I have a play contest that has a one-month submission window and don't want people to submit early (or late).

You can set an expiration date in the form: http://www.jotform.com/help/137-How-to-Limit-Submissions-in-a-Form. However, you will have to manually activate the form if you want to start accepting submission to it.
