Hey guys,
I have a form (ID: 300694273663958807, URL: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50416443072952) with some conditionally required fields. Somehow a submission was received without those required fields being filled, and now we have an incomplete submission.
Could you please help me identify what caused this problem so I can prevent it from happening in the future?
Thanks in advance for your help,
Ginger

Yeah, I'm not able to submit without the required fields either, which is why this so puzzling to me. How was our registrant able to choose a course without having to choose a session?
Thanks!

The form is embedded in the page using an iFrame block so I don't think a conflict is causing this. The issue is probably related to the browser used by the submitter. Maybe, the submitter is experiencing an incompatibility making him/her to proceed without filling up the required field. An example of this is Internet Explorer, especially, the old versions. In this case, try to add a note in the page that would tell the user to fill up the form using Google Chrome or Firefox.
Thank you!
