I would like to decline my premium account as i will not keep using this service.
could you please let me know how can i do it?

I understand that you want to cancel your paid subscription. You can downgrade your account to Free subscription from the pricing page or billing section of the account while you are logged into your JotForm account.
After downgrading your account, the account will be holding the paid subscription status till the next billing date and then no further charges will be made.
