I need to add inputs from many different submitted forms

my customers are utilizing our form monthly. Each month they input a selection and a qty.  There are only about 12 selections so each customer often selects the same item.  I need to total the items together that are the same selection.  How cani do this when each submission is seperate?   I need a total from each graphs to then uses as a list of qty to print.
