Form not showing up in mobile version of website

When my website is accessed from a mobile device my form isn't showing up?  Anyone know why?

I see the issue.

The issue is not the same as on your other thread, but the same fix - when applied - will show your jotform just above the "Current Weather in Lexington, MI" text.

The fix is to embed the jotform using iframe embed code.
