There is no information in downloaded Excel

Hi

When I download to an excel spreadsheet there are no results in it!  There are all the right columns with headers, but absolutely no information.  I have tried different forms and there are all the same.  HELP!  I need this information for a client as quickly as possible.

Our apologies! But I have just tried downloading the excel file of your form submissions and I was able to open it without any issues, the submissions are there. It must be a temporary problem so please try it again and see what will happen.
