Unable to find a submission that was made

 I have a user stating the form was submitted but I am able to locate it. Is it possible to see if they are still in the form or if any issues are preventing this form from being submitted?

Just to confirm, are you saying that you are not able to locate a submission that was made by one of your users? 

I did a test submission on your form and I can see that it went through successfully. 



Did they get an error message when they try to submit the form? Was there any delay when the form was being submitted? I had no issues when I attempted submission with your form. Also there is no way for you to know/track if they are still in the form at this time. 

If they are having issues with their internet connection, it is possible that the information would fail to delivery to our server. But, base on our  checks your form seems to be working just fine. Do let us know if there are any re occurrence of this and we will proceed with an investigation.
