Excel Export does not work

    Hitting Excel Export button from submissions list view only returns an empty excel sheet.

    How can this be resolved?

    I noticed that the form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/43036154049349 belongs to a different username than the one you used here.

    Have you tried downloading the Excel Submission file while logged in to the form account/owner?

    If not please try first, and let us see if it makes it work.

    I currently did not encounter the same issue, as I was able to test download the Excel submission when I tried on my end.

    Just in case the Excel submission download is still not working, can you instead try creating an Excel Report (user guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/101-How-to-create-an-Excel-Report )

    and download the Excel using the Report.. the content/data should be the same.
