My art show entry form has two places for image uploads, but only one image comes through after submission (the second image always). I see this has been a problem for others in years past, but why has this not been resolved? Did we just pay good money for a tool that doesn't work as advertised?
This person submitted 2 images (this has happened with every entry form so far) and only the 2nd image is transmitted.

I check that submission in your form submissions page and I can see the two images you mentioned. I assumed your screenshots shows what you received over email.
The reason why the second image is not included on email is because the first upload field variable in your email notification is incorrect or not updated. Fixing it is pretty easy.
1. Open your form notification
2. Get the updated field variable by clicking it on the sidebar.

Or you can simply recreate your email notification. Delete the existing notification and created a new one. Just keep in mind that whenever you customized your email notification, field variables will stop updating whenever you add or delete fields in your form.
