Why won't my form entries download to Excel, CSV and PDF?

    There are more than 30 entries for the form, but when I download as Excel, CSV or PDF, the file is empty.

    Hi,

    Our apologies! Our developers have made a fix for this problem a while ago so the submissions should now appear in the excel file which is generated in the form submissions page. Please try it again and confirm it here.
