I cant get the email to deliver in our email box info@nidoea.org

Can you please share the form id or url so that we can further investigate the issue? You have 8 forms on your account.
The email (info@nidoea.org) is not on the bounce list. I checked the mail logs and saw that the submissions were sent successfully. Here's a guide on how to check your form email history.
