Unable to receive email notifications

    I cant get the email to deliver in our email  box info@nidoea.org

    Hi there,

    Can you please share the form id or url so that we can further investigate the issue? You have 8 forms on your account.

    The email (info@nidoea.org) is not on the bounce list.  I checked the mail logs and saw that the submissions were sent successfully. Here's a guide on how to check your form email history

    Please check your spam folders. Please try to check if your email program or client has spam filters. You can also whitelist Jotmail IP addresses.
