I have an upload option on one of my forms that I'm using to collect video files.... I'm getting a lot of complaints that it's taking a very long time... Is there any reason this might be taking longer than usual?

So you mean that you are having an issue with reports about video files taking too long to upload if that is correct?
I found 2 jotforms on your account and if I am not mistaken I think that you may be using this form here http://www.jotform.us/form/50647180075151 to do that? Is that the right one? Please confirm or correct me if necessary.
Also I would like to point out there are a couple of things that can affect this such as how large the file is, how large files are allow to be uploaded on your form, and also user-end connection speed.
Do you have any idea what browser your users were using that were experiencing this issue and how large the video files were that were being uploaded?

Thanks man! Actually -- the form itself is on my client's JotForm account... http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50644419647966
Evidently, they are just getting a lot of complaints about how slow the upload is, on various browsers & mobile devices...

I see that the maximum limit set on your JotForm is 999999 MB i.e., about 976GB per download. Please be noted that the maximum limit allowed for upload field is 1GB only. As already mentioned by my colleague the upload speed varies on the end user connection speed and the file size. When I tried, I was able to upload 2MB video file in just 5 seconds and it took approximately 2 minutes to upload 103 MB file on your cloned JotForm.
Please change the file upload size limit to the minimum file size limit that you may be needed, but it should be less than 1024 MB. Also, mobile device uploads are likely to take much time than compared to PC uploads because of data speeds. Please try uploading on a PC with a good internet connection and see how it goes.
