I shared a form from my account to another user by setting up a sub user in my account. It successfully sends the invitation to the other user but the other user gets an email saying they must set up an account to see the form. They already have an account. How do they get access to my form? Oh and yes the email address I set up as a sub user is the same email address they use for their account.

Upon checking the sub-user account, I see that the form was successfully shared. You can tell the sub-user to just log in to their account, in "My Forms" he'll see the section "Shared with You", he can click it and he'll see the form you shared. Here's a screenshot of it:
