Form is too big on iPhone

    When we view our form on an iPhone 6 it displays big. It's not 'fitting' the screen.

    I have noticed that the image size was a bit wide on the mobile devices, so I have added @media CSS rule to limit the image width on mobile devices.

    The form seems to be fine at the moment.
