Any way to change submission format?

I recently created two employment applications and was wondering if there is anyway to change the format of the submission documents?  We would like it to have a structure similar to the employment applications we created.  Is this possible or not?  Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Including headers and text in your submission data should get the PDF report version of your submission quite close to the look of your actual form:
