Cannot embed a form in WordPress!

    Helllo -

I'm running WordPress 4.1.1 with a 3Clicks theme. I've had Jotform forms on the site since I published last month. However, today when I was trying to add another form, I noticed that ll forms were gone, and I cannot add a new form.

I've tired all plugins (including the 1.2 version) but when I click on the "pencil" icon, nothing happens.

I also tried the iFrame solution, without success. A large blank space appears on the page where the form should be, but nothing else.

    Can you help?

    Hi,

I checked your site and your form appears to be embedded and working correctly:

    Are you using Wordpress.org:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/4-Adding-Forms-to-Wordpress-org-version

    Or the Wordpress.com version:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/299-How-to-Embed-Form-to-Wordpress-com?

These should be our most recent guides on embedding your form to either.  If these still do not allow you to embed your form and if previously embedded forms are still missing, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.  Also, if the missing embedded form is one different than the one in my screenshot, let us know a link and we will be happy to check that too.
