    My forms : http://form.jotform.me/form/50533024205440 and http://form.jotform.me/form/50682338648464

throw up errors at random. The calculated fields of 'Government stamp duty' and 'Total fees' return value of zero for the same values, when entered from different computers.

Not able to diagnose, because error shows up at random. Please help urgently. Have to manually send right answers to my customers using this now.

I created a clone for each of your forms and did some random test but I was not able to replicate the issue.

You can test my cloned versions if your wish:

    http://www.jotformpro.com/form/50734197641963

I showed all the calculating fields on the form but none of them generated an error or populate with a zero when inputs are made that meets your conditional statement requirements.  As long as the entry made in the Monthly Rent Amount field is 15000 or over, the Government Stamp Duty field is populated with a fee and the total is updated in the Total Fees field.

Please provide the URL for the website these forms are currently embedded. It is possible that script conflict can result in issues of this nature. If you didn't try the iFrame method to embed the form unto your site then I suggest that you do and this issue should be resolved. We will await your response.

    Hi Sean,

I will post a screenshot whenever I'm able to replicate the issue. Like I said, it happens in an adhoc fashion and is not even replicable for the same input values.

Link : http://www.easysarkar.com/. It was embedded normally and now just switched to Iframe.

Hope that resolves it. It happens to other customers but not my system. Will come back to you if it recurs.
