A number of attachments are not opening in this form (http://www.jotform.com//?formID=40998892549882). The error is as follows:
Is there any way of restoring these attachments?

Our apologies! I've tried re-uploading the file using our backend tool, but the processes were not successful. The error is still there and I was not able to download the file:
I have now submitted this thread to our developers so they can check further. If there are updates, you should know it via this thread.
For now, I would suggest integrating your form to Google Drive or Dropbox or Box so to make sure that files are backup and you can have it in your computer.

By the way, I've didn't check your form submissions page so if you can't download some other files, then please let us know the links here so I can add it to the report.

Was your account's username changed or was your form transferred from a different account to this current one?
