stopped receiving email submissions

I see you seem to be having an issue with receiving emails of your submissions.

I checked your account and found that you have a few different forms. Is this happening on just one or all of them?

I also checked your email address but it was not in our bouncelist.

Result: juxxx.xxxor@bixxxx.ux is NOT in the bounce list

I would additionally recommend checking your Email History and if you notice anything out of the ordinary you can try referring to this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues to see if that helps.

If you still have problems then please provide us with a link to one of your jotforms that you are having this issue with and then we will investigate the problem furthermore for you.
