    Why Is the Notification I Get Not Showing What Was Entered in Some Fields?

    how come when I fill out my form (Helping PAWS Adoption Application) it only emails part of the form responses to me? when i fill out every single required field and submit the form it only sends me this

    The data table of the notification was manually edited. Once that has been done to an email alert (notifier or autoresponder) it will no longer reflect field changes on the jotform. As such, one solution would be to replace the notification with a new one. However, if you want to edit the data table of a notification and still have it work correctly, you can use the Form Fields menu in the notifier to manually insert the tags into the data table:
