Hi,
I think that's how the texts are rendered in the fillable PDF file. I've cloned your form and changed the headings to Free Text HTML field and the result appears to be the same:
Here's the cloned form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/50752443352956
Here's the screenshot of the result:
I believe it's not converted to an image in the PDF file. It is still a text, but with less in terms of quality or to its focus.
Let me submit this thread to our developers so they can further check and advice of this matter. Any updates will be posted here.
Thank you!

I have the same issue. Is there a way to follow a forum thread to view updates?

Hi,
Yes you are all right. Form headings, images and text fields are put into PDF as screenshot. Unfortunately our tool to generate necessary screenshots output at this quality. We have some ideas to improve this but needs some work, sorry because can't give you E.T.A.
Kindest regards.

@cagoffice, there has not been any updates yet on this matter, but I see it an important priority has been assigned to it.
I will open a ticket request, here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/567748, on your behalf to have this feature improved.
