I’ve added someone as a sub account to share forms and folders. An email was sent to her, when she clicked on it it took her to your login page. Does she have to create her own account or does she access the same general account I created? How does this work?

Hi,
You can create sub account to share forms created under your account. Sub accounts can be created by entering the user's email address. User will receive an invitation email from JotForm and the user has to sign-up first before they will be able to view the shared forms and submissions.
If the user is already a registered JotForm user, they can view the shared form by clicking on the "Shared with you" tab. They do indeed need a JotForm account first.
This guide should help you for better understanding on sub account user : https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User
