The forms I have created are visible just fine on PC machines but as soon as I open the website on a Mac or iPad they are missing the bottom of the forms. Also I have been trying to get the background to be transparent but it is coming into Xara with a white background. If I size down the form on the page in Xara it will eventually go away, all but the corners. The corners show up on all OS. Am I doing somthing wrong? I have made them responsive thinking that may help but it didn't. also have followed all steps in the tutorial on JotForms for the transparency but that is not working either. Help!!!

    Hi,

The form should not look different based on what type of computer you are on.  Are you using the same browser on the PC as your are on the Mac?  If you use, lets say, Google Chrome on the PC and Google Chrome on the Mac, the site should appear the same.

In any case, if you are trying to adjust the height of embedded elements in Xara, here is a bit of discussion in which a user provided the details on how to do so:

For the questions regarding transparency, if you wouldn't mind creating a new thread for that specific question it would be greatly appreciated.  This will allow us to address each question separately and avoid confusion.

Try using Chrome and the Mac to see if the form looks the same as it does on PC.  If that is the case, then the is something specific to Safari that is causing the difference in appearance.  Usually using the iFrame embed method solves this, but it appears you have used this method to embed your form.  This leads me to believe the height needs to be changed in Xara as I mentioned above.
