Seeing blank page on "My Account" settings

    I need to change Users and Passwords.  We sold our company and I need to set up new buyer as owner of forms/submissions.  I also need to update our payment…but again…I click on that tab and there is nothing there. Blank.  Thank you for your help!

    Everything seems to be working fine in our end.


    Please try the following to fix the problem:

    1. Clear your browser's cache.

    2. Update the browser to the latest.

    3. Try other browsers and see if you are still experiencing the same issue.
