Why I was charged for subscription payment?

    btw: your autopayment charged from my visa money for the next month... i cant believe it

    Upon checking your account, I found that you have already cancelled your subscription.

    I have gone ahead and processed the refund for last payment with order #INT150319-6785-53659B. Your account is downgraded to free plan. Please allow 2-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
