Thank you message subhead not showing up

I want the thank you message to say the following, however the text "Your submission has been received." is not showing up after a form is submitted.  It only says thank you.:

Screenshot attached is what the site shows after a form is sent, see it is missing the subhead. It just says "Thank You", but I want it to say the subhead too. 

It seems that the formatting of the text in Thank you page is incorrect. I've corrected it on the Thank you page for your JotForm and it shows the message correctly.
