Dear Sir/ Madam,
As usual, I register for integration to my google drive, however, this time it didn't work as I expected.
Yesterday and this morning, when I test my form for the last time the submission went to folder in pdf form properly. I publicized the form about 2 hours ago, and we have received 8 submissions, the pdf forms didn't go to the folder in google drive. I tested form two times, one went to the folder and one didn't.
I don't know what happened and want to have the answer from you as soon as possible, because the integration is really a useful tool for us as a team to read all submissions in a clear and easy way, we do not have to check the common mail.
Please check and help me to fix this problem soonest.

Thanks for letting us know about this, there has been a temporary glitch which should be fixed by know, in order to have the integration working please follow these steps:
1. Remove the current integration (this is important step)
Let us know what happens, if the issue still goes on, we will report this to our second level.
