Submissions are archived in jotform, however not all have been transferred to Drive. The problem seems to have begun around March 17th. We have two forms right now, one of which recieved no backups (in Drive) between 3/17 - 3/22. The other form did receive some backups, however not everything was transferred.

Hi,
Due to one of Google's recent updates, our integration was spotty for a bit. It even caused some of the forms that were integrated with drive to no longer be integrated. These steps usually allow for the old integration to be fully removed and for the new integration settings to be loaded. Usually removing and reintegrating the form works, but these steps ensure the new integration is used:
1. Remove the current integration (this is important step)
2. Save Form
3. Clear your jotforms cache
4. go back to the same form and re-integrate with Google Drive
5. Save the Form
6. Make test submission (go to the jotform directly and submit it)If you have any further trouble with the integration, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
